What rights you have over your data
You can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.
Recruitment
If you apply for a post at mAbsolve or send us a speculative CV, we will retain your CV as a document and separately your name, email addresses and postal address for at least 6 months subsequent to your application or until the following January (which ever is longest). We will use this data to contact you about your application should it become necessary.
Employment
If you are employed by mAbsolve we will retain your name, bank account details, NI numbers, photo id, email addresses and postal address for the duration of your employment as well as any details for emergency contacts that you supply to us. We will use this information in the execution of our employment contract with you. We will retain your name, email addresses, financial details with regard to employment and postal address for up to 6 years after you leave the organisation and use this only to contact you about any legal matters relating to your employment.
Customers
If you are a licensee or customer of mAbsolve we will retain your name, email addresses, telephone number, company name, tax numbers, banking details and Dunn & Bradstreet numbers for 6 years from the termination of your licence or until the January 6 years hence (whichever is longer). We will use this information to contact you about your account or to update you about legal matters relating to your licence.
If you ask for information from mAbsolve relating to our technology we will retain your name, email addresses, telephone number, mailing / billing / shipping addresses and your industry type for 2 years from the date of last contact or until the January 2 years hence (whichever is longer). We will use this to send you up to date information that you have requested.
If we you ask us to send you any other information e.g. following interactions at a conference or other sales meeting, we will retain your contact details as above but also make a note of which meeting we met you at and retain that for up to 6 months or following January (whichever is longer). We will use these details to allow us to send you the most accurate information that you have requested.
Suppliers and Sub-contractors
If we purchase products or services from you we will retain your company name, email address, postal address and account details for 6 complete financial years from the date of the last order as required by statute. We will use these details to enable us to order from you and to pay for your products or services.
Access to your information and correction
You have the right to request a copy of the information that we hold about you. We may make a small charge for this service. We want to make sure that your personal information is accurate and up to date. You may ask us to correct or remove information you think is inaccurate.

We would like to send you information about our technologies. If you have consented to receive marketing we will retain your name and email address to send you emails on the topics to which you have subscribed. We will retain these data for 2 years from the date of subscription or until the January 2 years hence (whichever is longer). You have a right at any time to stop us from contacting you for marketing purposes.
mAbsolve will not share your information for marketing purposes with other companies. We may send your details to, and also use information from credit reference agencies and fraud prevention agencies
